Born and raised in Burlington, Tayler is happy to know the West GTA as home. After attending Queens University she traveled to New York City and spent two years building a successful career in the fashion and entertainment industry. Though New York felt like home, family comes first in every aspect of Tayler’s life and she returned home to her roots.

Having 10 years of experience staging homes for sale, and a background of customer service and administrative duties, she joined her mother and best friend, Tracey Flanigan, an award winning broker at Royal LePage. Tayler developed a keen sense of the back end of the real estate business when she took over as the Office Manager for Tracey Flanigan Homes in 2019. She completed her licensing courses with the Ontario Real Estate Association and shifted roles into that of a full-time Realtor.

The most important thing for Tayler when it comes to Real Estate sales is having her clients feel listened to and cared for. Working with both buyers and sellers, Tayler has developed key systems to make the transaction as smooth as possible. Staying well informed on the market, she provides clients with current updates, so they can feel confident in any move they are making.

Tayler specializes in Residential Real Estate and loves working with first-time home buyers. She provides constant communication with her clients and guides them through the initial steps that need to be taken, up until the transaction is closed and beyond. The most rewarding thing for her is seeing her clients excited about a change and feel taken care of across the board.
