Specializing in commercial sales and leasing, Paul has worked as a licensed broker in the real estate market previously with Cushman & Wakefield since 2004, and Royal LePage® Commercial since 2012, specializing in office and industrial leasing as well as the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties. Paul’s prior real estate experience included residential real estate representing buyers and sellers across Ontario.
Before his career in real estate Paul spent over twenty years in sales and management in the technology industry working with many Fortune 500 companies. Applying his skills in sales and as a partnership builder from 1999-2001, Paul was Vice President of Sales for Inacom Information Systems Ltd. (Mississauga). Previous to that he was Business Development Manager for a number of organizations including Toshiba of Canada, Mastech and MicroAge. In addition, Paul sat on numerous committees focused on shaping the high tech industry. Paul was also past President of the BNI (Business Network International) B2B Executive Network Chapter which is the number one chapter in referred business given in the Golden Horseshoe region.
Paul’s attention to detail and value for customer relationships has led to multiple repeat client assignments. He currently, and has volunteered for the past 8 years for the Big Brothers, Big Sisters organization on a committee to help with fund raising initiatives providing strategic advice and his wealth of contacts. Paul attends real estate conferences to stay abreast of trends, policy and procedure.
