We work with Team Leaders and discuss training sessions to suit their business and ours. We have experienced facilitators that train on compliance and technology, which allows Team Leaders to focus on their clients, while their Administrator is learning the systems.

Licensed Assistants

Team members are offered the same training and development that everyone new to our brokerage is provided. At Royal LePage Burloak we have a customized training program designed specifically for all members of the brokerage. We work with Team Leaders to discuss the sessions most suited to their businesses. There is never any additional cost for brokerage training and support is available 24/7.
