As a lifelong resident of Burlington, Rachel is proud to serve Burlington, Oakville, Hamilton and the surrounding communities. Her business is guided by a simple philosophy: to provide exceptional care to the people, families, and communities she serves. Whether guiding a first-time home buyer, a growing family or a seasoned investor, Rachel provides service that feels like home – comfortable, transparent and stress-free.

Known by her peers as loyal, hardworking and results-driven, she combines strong negotiation skills with genuine care to ensure her clients feel supported at every step.

Prior to getting her real estate license, Rachel served as Manager of Operations and Learning Development at the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC). She led national initiatives with educational institutions across Canada and was responsible for the redesign of REIC’s flagship course, Ethics in Business Practice. Prior to that, Rachel spent five years as a Client Service Coordinator with Royal LePage Burloak Real Estate Services while she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University.

Outside of real estate, Rachel enjoys an active and balanced lifestyle – from pilates and yoga to downhill skiing, hockey and walks with her family’s bernedoodle, Scout. She adores her growing camera collection and has a creative eye for photography and videography.

Rachel brings the same energy and dedication to her personal life as she does to her clients, always striving to grow, give back and build meaningful connections.
