You will need the following information to complete your deposit:

  1. Buyer Name (first and last)
  2. Buyer email address (for the receipt)
  3. Property Address
  4. Buyer’s Agent Name (first and last)
  5. Buyer’s Agent email address (for the receipt)
  6. Deposit amount from your Agreement of Purchase & Sale.

Please note the following:

  1. This deposit method is only available for bank accounts at Canadian financial institutions.
  2. Deposit payments may take between 1 to 3 business days to clear your account. Funds are not transferred immediately. Retain your emailed receipt for reference and proof of payment.
  3. A $15.00 fee will be applied automatically. Please enter only the deposit amount in your Agreement of Purchase & Sale.
  4. Your deposit needs to arrive in the stated amount of time in your Agreement of Purchase & Sale.
