The real estate market can be convoluted at the best of times. Why one home sells for so high, or another home sells for so low – in either situation there can be unanswered questions in mind. ‘Meaning behind the madness’, that’s where the answer lies. The ‘madness’ constitutes what the motivating factors are that are contributing to someone making their decision. People on both sides of the equation (Sellers/Buyers) have their needs/wants/wishes and it is the blend of information given and received which results in a positive or negative result => a successful deal, or not. The objective is success, an agreement between parties.
My expertise is based through knowledge of the market that comes with over 29 years of experience in real estate sales. It is backed by my technical approach to matters as a result of my engineering training (BASc Chemical Engineering at University of Toronto), and my practical abilities of doing handy-person/honey-do jobs around my own home.
I believe it is important to ask questions, and listen attentively, in determining the requirements of the particular client. I embrace the wonders of technology in the use of computers and smart phones as the growing ways and means to convey information as well as provide a timely response in today’s demanding environment. Education is paramount, not only for the client, but also on my personal basis. Knowledge. There is always something to learn in any situation.
